Dear Tucson High Writing Center,

Tucson Writes Night 2011 was an amazing experience! It was so exciting to see student writing and visual media projects presented in such a warm and supportive environment. University faculty and administration as well as teachers and students from Tucson High were in attendance. It was great to see moms, dads, brothers, sisters and community members come out to show their support of young writers, too.

To all the young writers presenting their work at Tucson Writes Night 2011, you rock! Thank you for having the courage to stand up in front of a public audience and share your work. You have beautiful and intelligent voices. Thank you for writing. Keep writing.

Best,

Writing without Borders Team

Hi Tucson High Writing Center Mentors, I really enjoyed speaking at Tucson Writes Night because it gave me the great opportunity to hear a lot of great writing. Is there any chance any of the writing from Tucson Writes Night will be posted to this blog? Keep up the great work!
